On becoming a member of our bank, you're not just a customer, you're an owner!
The BSB for Australian Mutual Bank is 611 100.
You may find your Member number on your welcome email or letter you received when you joined, and it's also printed on your statements. If you do not have any of these available, you need to call us on 13 61 91 or pop into your local branch in order to retrieve your member number.
BSB (which is also known as a Bank-State-Branch number) is a unique, six-digit number identifying a bank and/or branch in Australia. The BSB is used in conjunction with the account number in order to transfer money or make electronic payments.
A Member Number is separate from your Account Number. Your Member Number identifies your membership as a whole, while an Account Number is a unique 9-digit number assigned to a specific account you hold with Australian Mutual Bank.
You can ensure that your funds are transferred to the correct account by using that account’s unique account number.
Your account number is located on your account statement, sent to you via Internet Banking or mail.
You can also find your account number by logging in to Internet Banking.
To locate your account number in Internet Banking (not available in the Mobile App), go to "Account Activity," then select "View Accounts." Click on the specific account and choose "Account Details." Your account number will be listed under "Account Ref."
